When will Verizon develop a FIOS TV App for Windows 10? (Surface Pro owner)

I use a Surface Pro (not a Google tablet or iPad) and it frustrates me that Verizon has not yet developed a Windows 10 App for FIOS TV or a browser extension/plug-in that will work with Chrome and other browsers.

So far only direct through the watch tv on the Verizon website. Don't know if they ever will make an app for that.
