I get an Emergency Alert System (EAS) interrupted my viewing
almost everyday !
and
it says once a month !

Those are controlled by your local government.
Verizon just passes along when requested.
Do they just say test or something else?

I’m getting them very frequently in the early morning hours. If we could at least know what days they are set it would help but Verizon tech support was snotty and didn’t seem interested in helping with this issue. These alerts are issued by government but since it routinely interrupts the use of DVR and Verizon services it should be of some interest to Verizon.
