Slow, clunky, overbearing, buggy.  I could go on and on and on.  Did Verizon skip the testing phase and do a blind roll-out instead?

Things like this have me reconsidering "pay" tv

Hi fan343!

These are definitely issues we would like to look into with you!  Are you experiencing this on all boxes, or just one?  Have we tried power cycling the router and STB's?
