Windows Media Center QAM sub channels WMC uses ###.### and Verizon uses ##.####

Has anyone found a solution to Windows Media Center not allowing the full string of digits when editing QAM channels from with WMC?

They allow three digits before and after the decimal.

Most of my Verizon channels appear in my HDHomeRun as XX.XXXX. 

WMC won't sync the channels because I'm forced to input them as XXX.XXX. 

I've seen numerous posts about this -- all from several years back. Anyone out there find a fix?
