I signed up with Verizon about a month ago.
Our service still does not work.
I am online with them right now (about 30 minutes) and still can't get someone to help me. They keep staying "thank you for your patience" etc etc.
I'm also on hold on the telephone right now (going on 1 hour and 6 minutes).
I also called earlier and was on the phone for 45 minutes and no one from Verizon picked up.
I also CALLED LAST NIGHT AND WAS ON HOLD FOR 1 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES AND NO ONE PICKED UP!!
How do I contact the regional manager and get a full refund and cancel??
