I have the latest media manager installed. When I go to the YouTube widget on my FIOS TV, it will play a file a few times, and then it says that it cannot play the file. Parental Controls are off. Anyone have this problem or any solutions?
double check both windows firewall and whatever security firewall software you have, and make sure VerizonMediaManager.exe and VZVideoAgent.exe are added and enabled in the exception list
Also are you wired or wireless?
Wireless MM connections sometimes suffer from wireless interference issues, in which case you would probably change the wireless channel in the router, get a bigger antenna or buy a wireless n booster.
