connecting network enable tv to Motorolla 6200 set top box

Is there any wasy to connect via the USB port or ethernet port on the set top box to my network enabled TV?

No. The ethernet port is not enabled because the STB gets it's ethernet through the coax. The USB port is not enable. It is my understanding that the Motorola USB port was for future use and the future never came.
You would need a wireless adaptor or hard wire internet connection for your TV. There is a device called a NIM 100 that can be found on Ebay. If you have one you can split the coax and connect it for an ethernet port.
