My free preview of HBO/Cinemax is about to expire and I would like to drop them before I am charged.  I once saw a page that would allow me to change my plan add-ons, but now when I click that link, it just takes me to a page with information about adding bundles.

Is there any way I can do this online or do I have to call customer service?

Thanks,

Don

I don't know if you can or not but I would assume that it would be this page if you can. http://www36.verizon.com/fiostv/web/

I would personally call in so there is a record of it just incase something doesn't happen that you will not have to pay for something you wanted to cancel...However my rule of thumb always call in and find out.

it looks like I am going to have to call in.  I tried the website listed above, and it says I must have fios tv in order to login.  The userid and password I am using is the one I use everywhere else for verizon and it works fine.

I am very happy with my FIOS so far, but I must say their web site is extremely clumsy and not at all user friendly.

Thanks for the help guys
