I am on hold for a second time with support. this problem first occured right after i got this box, last week, to replace a box that kept rebooting multiple times a day. now this box gives the above error when i try to access the dvr. the first time i called in, they had me unplug the box, and that seemed to fix it. a couple days later, it did it again, and coincidently started making some sort of chirpping noise. i unplugged the box, plugged it in and it seemed ok. today it happens again, but instead i'm on hold with support, but not really expecting to get through soon.
maybe someone from fios support can help me out here? i obviously have a second defective box.
