No. At least not the way you would want to. If you are looking to view recorded programs through your home network on your PC, this is not possible. If you have video capture hardware and software and connect directly to your DVR, then you can play/capture recorded programs in real time only.

wow, thanks to posters like thelancejr on the forum thread below, I stand corrected. it's not free. it's not verizon. and some people are reporting issues getting it to work. but it apparently is possible.
