error when trying to set up My Fios app for residential landline

I downloaded the app and I've gone through fillling everything out. When I get to the last screen, to Accept the Terms of Service it seems to stall out and I get an error "We're sorry, we are unable to process your request now. Please try again." This happened yesterday as wel. I've tried about 10 times. I'm using an iPhone 6s. I updated my iOS this morning to iOS 11.0.3 so technically I've tried the app with two different iOS' and still getting the error. help! Robot Mad
