unfortunately verizon doesn't support PIP. a lot of us want it, but it doesn't work in a traditional sense. you can VOTE for ideas you would like to see implemented in the Idea Exchange, or even suggest a new idea, but I am not sure how far that will get us with PIP

PIP requires two independant video inputs. The Verizon STB's only have one Video output capability. So pip does not work with the Verizon equipment. However there was talk that the new Cisco Boxes would have PIP. Now the Cisco boxes are currently only available in the Buffalo NY area and we have not heard from many of the Cisco users to know if that is true or not. But at this time, since the Verizon stb's (motorola ones at least) only have a single video output, you would have to have 2 cable boxes connected to your tv to have pip enabled.
