hdm1 getting no signal avail

When I try to switch over from AV2 DVR to HDM1 I get a no signal avail.  ow do I correct this

The box and the TV have lost sync with each other over HDMI. To get them back in sync, reseat the the power cords to either the set top box and/or TV. You can also get the sync back by reseating the HDMI  cord. If that does not correct it, please send me a private message.
