horrible VOD

Everytime we try to watch VOD, its stuttering, skipping, crackling. It is so bad, I cant even watch it. What is going on FIOS? I thought you were the best. I have the 75/35 plan, and I cant even stream a VOD on my TV, or even from you tube without it buffering

Our VOD is always good.  Some areas of the country apparently don't have such good luck with VOD.  Where are you?
