that may be more of a customer service thing, you can find a store location near you with the following link.
or you can call into customer service and order one. they usually will ship it to you and you will ship back the box that you don't want.
Once you get the box, you just do the Activation online all your user guide and manuals are at that site too.

When I upgraded my SD STB to and HD STB a few months ago, the box arrived with an HD STB, power cord, piece of coax, and an HDMI cable inside.
