Verizon, is the there a fix to all the problems reported in version 2 Review section in the App Store? Ever since upgrading, i keep getting authentication error please try again. Did you guys ever do any suitability testing before deploying this upgrade? Please fix this ASAP.

Delete and Reinstall app. ??

iPhone 5  iOS 7.0 

iPad 2      iOS  7.0       

My Fios app Version 3.4.2.52

Fios Mobile app. Version 2.0.7085

 

Router M14MR GEN 2   Rev.  F

 

All parts of both apps working for me.

Please note my Location.

I'm getting the same 'authentication error'. I've deleted the app, reinstalled it, and also registered it with my fios account. I reset my router. I signed out and signed back in. Anyone have any other ideas? I called gone folks at tech support and get could not fix it.

My Fios Mobile App

Version:2.0.7359   I did not uninstall/download this Version ...that's what it is today.

ALL PARTS OF IT WORKING FOR ME.

 

Could these SETTINGS in My Fios Mobile app. have a bearing on your situation ?

My Ip: 72.76.xxx.xxx

My Fips Code is: 34_003      which identifies NJ_Bergen County

 

After uninstalling and downloading new Version did you COMPLETELY shut down your iPad ?

In other situations this has solved problems ?

 

Please let everyone know when you get a solution.

OMG - for the past like 26 hours, I have been having the same exact authentication issue. I have tweeted Fios - altho very nice, all suggestions do not fix problem...I tried all that you tried too! Everything else on ipad is perfectly fine! This app worked up until about 8pm yesterday ...
