Why can I not access Mobile Remote DVR from my iPhone as others can? Each time I login to "http://m.verizon.com/tv" from my iPhone i get the error "Invalid UserId/Password.Please try again" I get the error with the verizon.com option and the verizon.net login option. I use this SAME login username and password on the full (not-mobile) Remote DVR website without a problem. Have tried this over a few weeks now but no luck.
I am trying to use the third option discussed here...
The site clearly says, "Using your web browser from any mobile phone you can navigate to the following web address to access your DVR.http://m.verizon.com/tv"
This guy has an iPhone and can do it...

I can confirm as of 2 weeks ago it was working great on my iPhone, however every time I've tried over the last 2 weeks, I get the SAME error you reported, something must've been updated/broken.

So, Verizon, can we get an ETA on this fix please? At the very least don't prompt uses that the login is wrong is your app is busted.

I, too, am having the same issues from the iPhone using the web app. It worked great for the first week or so, but hasn't worked in the last two to three weeks. Quite annoying. I've tried to reset the password, but that doesn't help.

same problem here. I used this service through the same iphone and the same FIOS account months ago, at the time the service was really slow and I lost interest. Went to try again today, and I am getting an invalid user/password error.
Any feedback would be appreciated.

The problem also occurs on the G1. I gave up and just went to the regular web page instead of the mobile web page and it worked fine.

Over a month later and I'm still seeing the same login error. How is this not fixed yet while the ads for it just keep running?
Is there ANY iPhone user out there that can login to http://m.verizon.com/tv ?
Tech support just opened another ticket but that didn't help back in October. Sigh.

For those that care, and want m.verizon.com/tv to work again on their non-VerizonWireless cell phone browsers, I've been assured that matter is now getting some attention and hope to see results before too long.
m.verizon.com/tv shall rise again. Stay tuned.

Well, something changed this fall where the MOBILE Remote DVR site (m.verizon.com/tv) will no longer allow you to sign in if your UserID has a period in it. The REGULAR Remote DVR site (verizon.com/fiostvcentral) still does not care if your UserID has a period in it.
Using an alternate UserID without a period solved the issue for me and likely will for you too.
