After Verizon changed the format of the DVR screen graphics, I no longer can program from the app on my iPod touch.
Seems like after that format change, I was asked to create a PIN for parental control.
Things were working fine until Verizon made these senseless changes. Arghhhhh!
Please make sure you do create a parental pin in the MENU > SETTINGS > PARENTAL CONTROLS. The profile saved on the box for your ipod may have gotten corrupted during the update. Please remove the ipod entry from the DVR and go through the process of adding it back in. If this does not work, we will need to send some advanced commands to the box. To get your info in that instance, please send me a private message.
