Check your connections and make sure none are loose. Not much to installing it, so that is the only problem I can't think of there.
Menu > Customer Support > Fix FiOS TV Issues. That may help.
Menu > Settings > Video Settings and make sure it is set up to match your TV.
Menu > Customer Support > Self Diagnostics. If anything looks wrong that info may help if you have to call customer support.
