loss of some hd channels on dvr

For past few days have been having issues with losing some HD channels on and off. They work for some minutes then fioreeze and the go black.

In past I would unplug and they would work again for whil.

I cannot do this now as I hae a bad back am confined to the sofa.

Any suggestions?

what HD channels are these...I see there are 3 outtages one only pertaining to NFL Network HD Tiling but that's the only HD channel.

As I write they are NBC (504), CBS (509).

Have not checked every channel though.

Box is 7216 switched out couple of months ago by FIOS tech SEnt by high level FIOS sup.

Was having major audio sync issues. Tech came from out of my area. Do not want to identify him for obvios reasons. He went above and beyond.

This problem started few weeks ago.

adding to above re channels.

Cannot even tune these channels. All that comes up is black creen.
