Got a new set top box.it wouldn't activate.their help was to trade my working box in another room and see if that wotks.being totally disabled thats what I wanted to here. Why can't they have decent equipment or get their acts together because im really tired of paying top dollar to.verizon for junk.
The tech was just trying to see if the coax leg in the new room functioned with an already existing STB. It would tell him if it were the new STB or something was wrong with the coax in the new room. I don't think he realize that you were disabled.
