when we rented out our home we had to install the Fios for our renters. the installation guy said it was all hooked up and ready to go. now that we are back in our home we have no idea how to use the remote.
we want to watch the olympics but can not get a picture to show up anywhere on our tv.
HELP! what do we press and how do we get our new Fios to work? This is such a bummer to have a something like Fios and it does not work for us. i guess i will have to disconnet the Fios and hook my antena back up.
is there a phone number to call and talk to a real person who can walk us through the process to get it back up and working?
