I rented a movie VOD in HD -- 

 

I paused the movie -- went for a SHORT break - the pause had timed out --

I was unable to start the movie where it had paused - Very annoying --

therefore I had to start the movie over again -- and it would only let me watch in SD - after paying for HD

To fast forward thru the movie I had already watched -- the max speed was 2X

and, I couldn't move backwards to rewatch any parts of the movie

 

I PAID FOR THIS MOVIE; this is not good

 

I should be able to pause for a length of time -- move foward at a fast speed --

and rewatch any part I want to -- 

 

I will not pay and watch any movie thru verizon again
