once a week reset with FIOS TV in NJ...what gives?

I have only had it for a couple of months

(my hd hvr stb died and was replaced in the first month)

I called customer service to ask for some sort of credit on my bill

and they said they couldn't do anything about it

I had to rush to reset it tonight before Lost and just made it

You really shouldn't have to do that...nor is it a "New Jersey thing". If it keeps on happening, I would call into the FSC and try to troubleshoot with an agent. 1-888-553-1555
