MY onscreen guide shows all the Fios channels and not just the ones I have in my Prime HD package. It's very frustrating to click on a channel and see the "not subscribed to this channel " message. Is there any way to make my online guide show only the channels in my package?

Yes, set up a Favorites list and use that. Here is a link to a document that includes information on setting up and using the Favorites facility, along with lots of other info:
