My services page shows a pending order and under my double play bundle it says I have internet but no tv services.

If you did not place an order, or if you did place an order and the pending order does not agree with what you wanted:

 

Call 1-800-837-4966

Choose the billing option from the menu and work your way through the options until you get an agent.  Explain the problem and they will be able to get it corrected.

I am having this same issue. My services were set to begin May 31 and the Internet portion says Completed while the TV services says "Our records indicate that your installation has not been completed. If you feel you need assistance please call 1-800-Verizon." As a result, I am unable to view any TV content on apps or on the FIOs mobile app because it says I am unsubscribed. Please help me to figure out how to mark this order as completed!!

Have you tried calling Verizon and asked for assistance?
