Is there a way to stream digital copies of movies I've purchased from amazon that are stored on my pc to my tv?

Unfortunately, you can't do that with FiOS equipment, since videos downloaded from Amazon are encrypted, and FiOS does not provide the ability to play them directly.

Here's a list of set-top boxes that will allow you to view your Amazon videos on your TV.
