programming remote help please

O.K., this morning for some strange reason I felt the need to re-program our FiOS remote to our TV and I screwed it all up.

It was working fine but I just had to mess with it.

On the back of our FiOS remote (VZ P265v1.1 RC)  was written the following:

TO PROGRAM REMOTE TO YOUR TV:

1- Turn on TV.

2- Press and hold, OK

3- Press FiOS TV & release both buttons.

4- Press and hold PLAY, until Tv turns off.

5- Press OK to save.    

I think my main problem is i am not sure which "OK" button" they are talking about and where in Gods'

name is the PLAY button on this remote?  

Would appreciate any help before the end of this day, as my wife is really **bleep** at me and I hope to come home

tonight with a solution.

In my OP above, which button is the "OK" one?   there seems to be two (2) OK buttons on this remote.

One large one in the upper middle and one small one in the lower right hand corner.

Use the large one.  For most functions it doesn't matter, but the large one is on all remotes, the small one was put on some newer remotes in place of the change key.  Not sure if the change key ever did anything.
