Can I program a Samsung TV and Sony Sound bar on my fios remote?

I have the tv and cable box working with Fios remote, but currently can only get sound from sound bar by using sound bar remote.

Typically, the two button remote only controls TVs and the STB.

You will need a more functional universal remote to control a soundbar.
