Both of our tv remotes have stopped working. I have tried replacing the batteries and that did not fix the issue. I suspect my gremlins had something to do with it, but I did not witness it. I can still control basic functions with the box so I am pretty confident it is the remote. Suggestions?
Contact Verizon for remote replacement..... or if you prefer to do it yourself... I believe the In-Home Agent www.verizon.com/connect has an option to order a remote.
