How do I get replacement remotes? Both my remotes are broken. the back always falls off, and now the springs are broken. I tried calling Verizon and was on hold for over 40 minutes. this is ridiculous.

Use the In Home Agent ... go thru the remote troubleshooting process. Once you get to the end of the process and the remote is still not "working", it will give you the option to have a new one sent to you. I just did this about a month ago ... no muss, no fuss, no waiting on the phone, no having to talk to anyone. It just showed up in the mail a couple of days later.
