I have tried everything. i've called verzon support numerous times. they do some things remotelt, the sound comes back on, for maybe a day or a few hours, then goes out again. i have picture, but no sound. every once in awhile the sound will come back on, in stutters. some times i can get sound for a few hours, but then it goes. occasionally i get a message that says poor or weak signal.
i am paying good money for cable, and not getting it. i'm so frustrated and angry that verizon has been unable, or unwilling, to fix this. what di i do??!!

Is it all channels?
If you have more than one STB, does it happen on all?
What type of STB is it (model #)?
