sound bar issues

My Samsung sound bar will not be recognized by the Fios remote even though I've used the programming numbers. I have to use the sound bar remote to control sound.

What model remote do you have?

I have a Samsung SB and P265 remote.

It doesn't control the sound bar.

Went with a Harmony Remote
