sporadic no audio after rewind fast forward or channel change dvr play or return from on demand

at least 2-3 times per day, I change the channel, pause and resume or rewind live TV, play something from the DVR, or select On Demand, or return to normal viewing after an On Deman selection, there is no audio at all.
switching channels, or rewinding or reselecting the on demand 2-5 times eventually restores the audio.
I find this unacceptable for a service I am paying for.

same here. can't say i have an iota of confidence in verizon dealing with all these problems posted.
