Subaccounts can indeed access HBOGo -- I just checked mine. To do so, the primary account must authorize the subaccount AND set the appropriate parential control using MyVerizon. (The parential controls is very important and is often missed. The system assumes no access if you don't first set some sort of parential controls, so unless you set them, it is assumed by the system that the subaccount has no access.) I just logged into HBOGo using a subaccount associated with my primary account and was able sign in and create a new HBOGo screen name for that subaccount that was separate from the primary account. I had authorized the account to view video and set the parential control level first using MyVerizon.
