I just got a new HD TV which doesn't work and my old TV also doesnt work. I tried calling 1-800-Verizon but it is always busy. I want an appointment for Verizon to setup the new TV. The FAQ say what a service call includes, but not how to order one. Any suggestions?

If you post TV and STB type, you can probably get enough help from here and save a few bucks.
Or try twitter (@verizonsupport).
Can also try someplace like Best Buy to have them come out and set things up.
