DVR Upgrade Request
We see that you do not have a DVR, to order a DVR or upgrade to a DVR click here(Upgrade and Renewal Center) to process an order to add a DVR or upgrade to a DVR.
I get this error when trying to request the new dvr I called up customer care and ecentral and fios tech soluitions none could help me what is going on?

If available, you might try a local store. I find it far less frustrating. You could even phone ahead to see if the model DVR you want is in stock.

The website may be having some problems with the upgrades. You can always call sales or go to the store. You may also want to try another browser. Not sure if you tried to do this on more than 1 pc or not.
