I don't quite understand what you are saying, so here are a few things. If you have normal picture and sound, but are simply not getting the TV guide schedule, try the Universal Antidote for these things by pulling the power plug for 30 seconds and replugging, and wait for the reboot cycle. If that doesn't work, try resetting the router, then repeat the reboot for the STB. Let us know if any of that works. Good luck.
