tv hookup question

Have one tv with the HD set-top box (not DVR capable) -- would like to have another tv in adjacent room, but do not want to put wire through wall -- is there any way for the second tv (regular box would be fine) to be connected wirelessly?  Thanks for any help.

There are always wireless options, like this http://www.x10.com/promotions/wireless_video_sender_vk82a.html (I don't know how well it works) or this http://pcpowerzone.com/cableextender.html . Just go to Google and look up wireless cables TV should pop up a bunch of options. But I don't know how good they are or if any will do HDTV. Me I personally Have vista media center (DVR), and set it up for over the air HDTV, it works great there, and wireless to my xbox 360.
