Hi... How do we get rid of the "grayed out" unsubscribed channels on both my STB and Digital adapter. For $5.99 as opposed to the $1.99 we were paying with Comcast we should have that feature as we did with Comcast...

 

Also,  Why are the HD channels (IE # 602)  now black on the digital adapters ,when they were previously on, but of course not in HD...Now they are black with sound only,  on some.  Thanks Jerry
