when choosing to watch any item under the VIDEO ON DEMAND menu -

receive error

 

vod_11:0ffff

 

please advise as to what the problem is.

 

this was workking sat night = sun morning.

It is possible you are unable to  establish a VOD session due to network issues.  Can you unplug your set top box then unplug your router..Plug in your box and then your router.  wait a few minutes and see if the guide comes up then please check to see if you can reach the on demand server.  Let me know how this goes and if we still cant pull in On Demand we will dig deeper.
