I don't know what's wrong with it...should I just ask for a new box? It's so irritating. I'll be watching a show and it happens several times in the course of an hour. I have a Motorola QIP 6416-2 HD DVR. I have unplugged the power and plugged it back in, and I've also reset my router. Has anyone else had this problem?

I was told no one else has any trouble like this!
I also have other issue but only since the new software was added that let my non DRV control the DVR.
