i switched from Comcast to Fios on a promotional offer on Dec 28, 2019. As per the promotion i am supposed to get 1 year amazon prime and $100 amazon rewards card. I was able to redeem amazon prime offer but did not get $100 eGift card. I called Customer support and i have been told that an email was sent on Feb 12, 2019 with eGift card but I never received it. I have asked them to forward me the same email and i have been told that it was done and will take 3 days (seriously ??? 3 days for an email to arrive???). Now it is 4 days since i spoke to them and i still did not recieve the email. The only emails i get from verizon notification are my billing and payment emails. Please help.
