My Fios was installed yesterday, and I notice the link right away to register for the gift card as part of my subscription. I click on the link to register, and all it states 'Retrieving Customer Data' ... that was 24hours ago.
So now what?
Try calling 1-800-VERIZON
you may get lucky and have them switch you over to the rewards number.
there was a moderator here that just gave out a phone number to reach a persons about rewards.
