I signed up for a triple play service with test drive for 60days. I completed the form on my account to receive the gift card on July 28, 2019. My account showed that it was mailed out August 10, 2019. I called the support line and they told the wait time was 33-55 min.
So I text the support after 15min the guy told me to call and ask for Promotional specialist department.
Still wait time every time I call is 30-60min. Now on my account it dosent show the promotion any longer.
If Verizon stated online it was mailed at a certain date, then it was mailed.
if you feel it was not you can contact your States Attorney General Office and file a complaint. Make sure to provide proof to the attorney general in order to get what was promised.
