Everyone please be sure when you call Verizon that you always write down the name of the person you spoke to and also what they told you....at that rate you might as well just record them.  Today was my 3rd call back to Verizon this week because my bill still wasn't reflecting correctly!  And ALSO if you get a new phone be sure you "unsubscribe" to ANY downloads that you had previously on your old phone if you don't want them carried over to your new phone.....My fault in thinking since you have to re-download everything else to your new phone that you would have to re-download any programs......Just one of those things they don't tell you, but I was "warned" that they will not credit it again!
