45 Minute Hold Time?!?! Seriously?

I love the Fios equipment but a 45 minute hold time when calling customer service is just appalling. And that was the 2nd time I called this evening too, with the first call's hold time lasting 12 minutes. When some snooty gal answered the phone, I asked how long it will take for the NBA League Pass to take effect. Her response....."ummmm anywhere from 20 minutes to midnight". Then the gal hung up on me. Wow, an hour of my life for that bit of wisdom.

Beyond awful. Bright House had terrible equipment but at least they answered the **bleep** phone. Verizon Fios is a by far and away the worst customer experience I've had in my life. God help me if this equipment ever goes on the fritz.
