I received an email this morning to redeem a $50 VISA gift card and was told it's expiring tomorrow. This morning, I went to the link to redeem but wasn't able to complete it --- the email says to click on the "card image" once you login in. But I just get my regular dashboard, nothing to click. I contacted online chat support and they told me to disable my pop-up blockers. I did, cleared my cache, and it still doesn't work. Has anybody else encountered this issue with Verizon?
