What channels are added in getting HD Extrememe over the channels in TV Essentials. Is there a coherent list of the channels added anywhere? I surfed the Verizon website and materials and only got frustrated.

John::
While I've yet to be able to find a single, comprehensive list of the differences, the main differences in the two is between what was formerly the Sports Package (300-320 mostly, a couple intermixed in the lower channels in some areas) and the HD channels (which are from 550 to around 800 or so). The actual number of channels varies from area to area, but most areas are at least 40 channels (if not more), so I usually advise 40 channels.
Hope this helps!

With the FIOS TV Extreme HD bundle, you also get the higher internet package.
