How does verizon make the decision of where to install fios lines? What kind of criteria does a neighborhood have to fullfil before verizon decides its worthwhile to lay lines? If I have to spend one more day with COMCRAP without some sort of hope of verizons HOLY LIGHT I will loose my faith in humanity.
I think they are waiting on this to do their fresh fios build outs.
If there's a chance the Gov will pay for it, they will probably gladly accept the offer. They also have to have a State Franchise agreement, what state are you in?
